Website and invitation-only business pilot / Site Web et projet pilote commercial sur invitation
Effective / En vigueur: September 28, 2026 / 28 septembre 2026
English
1. Operator and acceptance
Provanta is operated by Luis Miguel Cano Lopez, a sole proprietor carrying on business as CANO TECHNOLOGIES in Ontario, Canada ("Provanta"). These Terms govern the website and any invitation-only pilot access. By accepting an invitation, creating or using an account, or clicking acceptance, you agree to these Terms and confirm authority to bind the Canadian business you represent.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. A signed order, MSA or DPA prevails over conflicting terms.
2. Eligibility and pilot territory
Provanta is offered only for lawful business use by authorized representatives aged 18 or older. The initial pilot is limited to businesses operating in Ontario. Future general availability is intended for Canadian businesses only. Provanta may request evidence of business identity, authority and location.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use MFA when required and promptly report unauthorized access. An account may be used only by the assigned person. Workspace owners are responsible for members, permissions and lawful instructions given through the account.
4. Service and procurement decisions
Provanta organizes public procurement information, customer evidence and explainable fit estimates. It is not a procurement authority, law firm, accounting firm, broker or bid guarantee. Scores are not calibrated probabilities of award. You must verify the official notice, amendments, eligibility, deadlines, pricing, legal obligations and submission. The official source controls if information differs.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Provanta a limited licence to host, copy, parse, transform and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and follow your lawful instructions. You confirm that you have authority and all required notices or consents. Do not submit classified material, SINs, payment-card data, health records or unlawfully obtained personal information.
6. AI features
AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by a qualified person. You may not represent AI output as verified evidence without review. External AI is enabled only after provider disclosures and configuration. Additional detail appears in the AI and Data Notice.
7. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not bypass limits, probe other workspaces, disrupt the service, resell source datasets, scrape the application, upload malware, infringe rights or use Provanta for unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory activity.
8. Public data and third-party services
Public procurement records remain subject to their source licences and terms. Provanta does not grant ownership in third-party data or imply government endorsement. Links and providers are outside our control. See Data Sources and the service provider list.
9. Pilot, fees and cancellation
Public signup, checkout and trials are not open. Invitation-only evaluation limits and duration are stated in the invitation or order. Provanta will not charge you without an accepted order. Any paid plan, tax, renewal, cancellation, refund, workspace or seat limit must be shown before purchase and is governed by the order and checkout terms. Website pricing marked preview is not an offer capable of acceptance.
10. Suspension, termination and data return
You may stop using the pilot at any time. Provanta may suspend access for security, unlawful use, breach or material operational risk and will give notice when reasonable. On closure, export and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and applicable order. Pilot access may end at its stated date without conversion to a paid plan.
11. Availability and changes
Pilot features may change and may be unavailable during maintenance or incidents. Provanta may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will be dated and communicated before they apply when required.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the pilot and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular procurement or award. Provanta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of fees paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months and CAD 100. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Governing law and notices
Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law govern these Terms. Courts located in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to rights that cannot be waived. Notices to Provanta may be sent to [email protected] or the Vaughan address in the Privacy Policy. Electronic acceptance and notices may be used where legally valid.
