- How does coverage work?
- Your plan sets how many data sources you can pull. Free covers federal (CanadaBuys). Paid plans add your province, then all provinces plus municipal, and finally aggregator sources with priority sync and API access.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Public trials are not open yet. The planned model is a limited Free workspace plus a 7-day guided evaluation by invitation. Full reports and exports require a paid subscription.
- Can I evaluate more than one company?
- Each self-service plan is designed for one company workspace. Growth and Pro will support paid workspace add-ons for related companies. Enterprise is intended for corporate groups, advisors and agencies that manage several separate clients.
- Do you support English and French?
- Yes. The product is bilingual (EN/FR), which matters for federal and Québec procurement.
- Is my company data private?
- Your profile, documents and pipeline are isolated per account with row-level security, encrypted secrets and optional 2FA.
